Ive been starving myself for the past three months. I have an eating disorder that comes in cycles. Ive lost 53lbs this go-around and need to meet a weight requirement for a job I must apply for. Reaching out, I've had a bad/weird couple of months. I had a bad trip that fucked me up for awhile, revealing my huge fear of death I guess I hid away. I'm a bit passed that now but had a chronic sinus infection at the same time, and now have daily sinus pressure problems. Maybe some good vibes will help.

Long story short a family friend of mine does works for people (cards, readings, petitions etc...) she gave me a reading & tarot & she said that I had a "portal" open that attracts negativity & malicious spirits to me, she did a ritual type of thing with water & various herbs some oils anyways afterwards i started to feel weird.

Before the ritual I would be more "connected" spiritually, I would be meditating daily & at the time I was getting pretty good at it & I would have a lot of paranormal expirences like almost being able to Astral travel or even communicate with entities.

Now after the closing of the portal I just drifted away from all this but I'm still very into the occult/communicating with spirits (I side with the LHP).

I don't know how to explain it but I feel off, to be honest I never felt threatened with spirits or anything ever even when I was younger my house which was somewhat haunted was pleasant to be in.

This would probably warrant help from a specialist or someone more professional but I was wondering if anyone could help me with this?
