I'll have what I can only describe as a feeling of loosing control of what I'm doing occasionally. I haven't done anything demonic yet, just everyday things, but I will suddenly "wake up" and realize that I haven't been in control of my body completely. Today I layed down on my bed, face up, like I was in a coffin, and sat there for 5 hours, fully awake and conscious. I remember every single second of it, and how I got there.

Yes. It is called spiritual warfare. You can self deliver yourself. There is HUGE power in the Blood of Jesus and in the Name of Jesus.

OP, I'd seek psychiatric help before you try anything. These things can be very tricky.
It very well be a demon, or a mental issue. The latter is more probable. I would seek the medical help first, and then go from there.
I'm not denying that it could be paranormal - I'm just saying that it could always be more simple. This is coming from someone diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder 1. I have experienced psychosis and dealt with something very similar.
