Multiple times I've found that I've been watched. Walking around the mall, or even walking downtown there is always this one person who stands out to me. As if he knows who I am. He has even followed me home to Spokane Valley before. I tried to confront him when he was right behind me before I entered my friends car and he just smiled and told me his name was Marcus. I've asked many people if they know who he is, at party's, at church. No one knows who he is. I have no clue who he is, and I don't want to find out. Is this happening out there with others? (To add I am a small young female who is 20 but could pass as 15) Is this only a problem for me?
