The vid posted and visible in screencap is old, and has credits at the end. It is a known fake and was never meant to be taken as real, only creepy.

But the screencap is collapsed, so there is every chance that there is a vid that was not posted.

If the /pol/ op is archived, we can find the vid, but if it really did 404 I guess you'd have to be a wizard with internet time machine or something.
