I have a serious problem with my energy. Im always in my head day dreaming and fantasizing. I just cant stop its an addiction. I usually feel an intense pressure in my third eye or a discomfort in my head. Sometimes it goes away but its pure suffering because life just feels so unpleasurable. Does anybody here know any way to make my energy leave that area?

I was like this as a kid, a strong imagination is good.
Anyway a good technique to gaining control over a habit is to stop and start at will. Repeatedly. Until stopping and starting become 100% a choice.
At that point, I suggest finding a constructive hobby or two to indulge in instead.

Personally I think it's safer than simply popping a blister. Lance it a bit to let things out and it's sure to be less of a mess.
