I've recently become interested in this and am wondering how would I go about creating one

Convince yourself that an entity exists and has it's own emotions and cognitive function linked to you by inducing mild schizophrenia on yourself.

Auditory and visual hallucinations. That's pretty much what a Tulpa is.
>>
this tupla shit is cancer
>>
>>17889566
shitposters are cancer. you're the shitposter.
>>
>>17889526

It's impossible to give yourself schizophrenia.
>>
>>17889523
Tell the truth, did that god damn Slender Man thread give you the idea for this?
>>
>>17889526
best occult practices explanation 10/10
>>
>>17890286
but anon, succubi/summoning/magick posters that come here did give themselves schizophrenia by being lonely/beta as fuck and wanting something to come and save them

i actually made a tulpa of rabbit cop from zoophilia. here's how.

Step 1: I downloaded a shit ton of rabbit cop from zoophilia porn.

Step 2: I jerked my little baby dick for 5 hours straight to rabbit cop from zoophilia porn.

Step 3: I made a body pillow of rabbit cop from zoophilia.

Step 4: I fucked my body pillow of rabbit cop from zoophilia.

Step 5: I went to sleep with my body pillow of rabbit cop from zoophilia.

Then, when I woke up, rabbit cop from zoophilia was sucking on my massive 2 incher.

Nah m8, I don't like that stuff

Honestly, a Google search would do you more good than here. Community.tulpa.info is a decent resource. I recommend reading as many guides as you can to get a good scope of the concept and the process of how one is made. Speaking of experience here, I've had a tulpa for almost two years.

It's actually really easy to give yourself Schizophrenia, or else Schizoaffective symptoms.

1. Listen to lots of music. Not just any music, but music that resonates with you on a personal level.
2. Stop listening to how nice it sounds and try to focus on the lyrics. Even if they don't make sense, try to find a "valid" interpretation anyway.
3. Pretend society doesn't exist and all those nice things people do and say for each other are part of a grand conspiracy run by entities that don't care if the world makes sense or not.
4. Investigate the roots of words. Soak up tons of archaic etymology data and pretend that everyone is speaking in tongues and riddles from ages long passed. Pretend that the modern era is fake and it only exists because powerful reality benders made it like that. Ignore the normal meaning and search for historical artifacts that 90% of the population know nothing about.
5. Self-affirm often and self-affirm about things that don't matter, shouldn't matter or just aren't the kind of thing you'd think would need to be reaffirmed.

Listening to music will give you a sense of the disembodied voice so many Schizophrenics hear. Listening to lyrics that were made for artistic reasons and not logic ones will supplant your logic for surrealism. Ignoring the presence of society will take all your trust away. Yes, all of it. Even the trust you might have had in yourself. (Not that modern society values the ability to trust oneself as it is.) #4 will just help you alienate yourself from the modern psyche, which historians and eccentric types do on their own without contracting mental dysphoria. #5 can be replaced with "be imaginative" depending on the person. It's just a form narration in the end.

Stop calling tulpamancy Schizophrenia. Edgelords aren't insane, they're just lonely. Getting really good at RPing with yourself isn't insanity. Not like Schizophrenia is. We all hallucinate in our dreams.

i would create a tulpa to become my friend ' but like a good tulpa who was my imaginary friend and then i turned him into a tulpa i would love that
>>
>>17890440
You haven't got a tulpa, what you have there is a problem.
>>
>>17889523
1: Make tulpa thread
2: listen to schizo's
3: follow schizo's advice
4: also develop schizophrenia
5: ????????
6: profit!
>>
>>17893785
You can't develop schizophrenia, the worst you could develop would be depersonalization, derealization, dissociative disorders, psychosis.
Schizophrenia is impossible to induce for god sake you stupid imbeciles
>>
>>17893822
Worth noting that you can't have autism and schitzophrenia at the same time, that rules out, like, at least 2/3rds of you guys.

Tupla is fucking delicious, m8.

You can also base your Tulpa off of a fictional character which is what I did, it's easier that way.
>>
>>17893822
See >>17891131

The idea that it can't happen to just anyone is amusingly wrong.
>>
>>17893850
Wait seriously? That's actually cool as fuck.
>>
How is a tulpa any different from an "imaginary friend"?
>>
>>17896540
you usually do not get to become your imaginary friend. or more accurately have them fill your shoes and you theirs.
>>
>>17897630
Except you do. That's kind of what makes them an imaginary friend. "Switching" as the tulpa community practices it isn't really the same thing.
>>
>>17897998
how does becoming your imaginary friend make them your imaginary friend. i assumed the qualifications were 1: being imaginary and 2: being your friend. i mean more the switching. as i assume the switching is why people get into tulpa and dont go around telling their real friends they created new imaginary friends. idk i dont see what your arguing with me for.
>>
>>17898008
Because you're wrong, friend. Imaginary friends are when you RP with yourself. Tulpa are something else entirely.
>>
>>17893850
>>17896527

Yea, no. It's a common "dual diagnosis". I worked with three of them today.

>>17889523
Kids nowadays, with their rock and roll music and his need to tell everyone they want an imaginary friend...
>>
>>17898146
Don't this that post. See >>17891131 I dare you to try that for a month and see if you end up with the voice cloud symptom that afflicts the stereotypical Schizophrenic.

Swordfish is good. Lightly seasoned sword fish.

Tulpa are just a simple form of construct. Not hard to make but not usually very smart.
