Also, there's been a lot of chatter on the military frequencies over the past few days. Russia is supposedly doing something, or at least that's what some people are saying. If that's the case, the fact that UVB-76 is being weird is kind of significant.

UVB-76 Is a live broadcast, not a prerecorded message. The Russians are most likely trying to tune the transmitter. I wish we had a shortwave/number station general on /x/ but it is too much of a autistic hobby.
