To me sounds a bit lazy, you either don't know what to ask but do anyway to be entertained, find something about themselves or get some sort of validation.
I'm not picky to answer them but feels like a waste, specially when you don't have feedback thus losing interest in reading. I bet a really small number here are professionals, most of the readers (me included) are still amateurs, practising and trying to help. There's no special snowflake here, you can learn if you wish and start reading as well, the resources are available and open for discussions.
I get some people has no clue on how to act and needs a clarification, but most of this can be resolved without using divination. Love is mostly an understandable concern. Some queries could be answer with simple counselling and self reflection. Work on your insecurity, learn your value and have the guts to ask them out. If they say "no", fine, it's their choice, you can't force anyone who isn't into you to have a relationship, move on. Learn with your mistakes and don't give up, grow up.

Generally people who are sick in the head don't worry about whether or not what they believe is correct. They are too far into their own beliefs to see that they are crazy. So the fact that you are worried about these feelings is probably a good sign that you do have a functioning moral compass.
That being said, if you are having such strong emotions that they scare you, it wouldn't be unwise for you to try to talk to someone about the way you feel. Your murder fantasies could very well be manifestations of repressed guilt, sadness, etc.

Sure, it may be difficult to find someone to confide in, but it's necessary. And I think that anon is aware of that or he wouldn't have come here to seek guidance in the first place. For a beginner? I would go with either Rider-Waite system or if you really want to get into it, Thoth. There's a good website for all sorts of decks, and if you go through it for long enough, you should find a deck that seems pretty alright to you. http://www.aeclectic.net/tarot/
I would first suggest working with a deck that has very clear imagery and art, so that you would have an easier time learning the meanings instead of shifting through books constantly, even though that's actually suggested for the few small details that may not be included in the art, like planets that are associated with the cards, and numerology, but for now, focus on finding a simple and nice looking deck, preferably from Rider-Waite system.
I personally use Thoth because that's the deck that called out to me the most, but I have my own temptations to make a new one whenever I'm able to. It would be a messy job though, so eh, still sticking with my beloved Thoth deck.
