If you learn how to predict things in music, like lyrics, with the idea of a universal song being played, you will notice that certain lyrics occur at certain times and likewise with other notes, patterns, etc. until you eventually get a full song with things happening at different times. Simply put, the art of time manipulation is done by sending certain signals out in to the universe and waiting for the result while keeping thought-reality manifestation in mind. Unfortunately, I am still learning the full extent of time manipulation, so I can only share the bits I know for now, though I would recommend looking in to karma and buddhism as it holds some core things that you will need in order to make use of your thoughts while moving time. Time is subjective to the experiencer, so the time period that one person is in may be different than another persons, though you can see what time in the universe you are in by simply reading events, words, actions, or anything really. Once you can see your own timeline, you will be able to move yours and eventually with enough knowledge, another's in accordance with what they attribute their time to. Think of everything someone does as a tick in a personal clock and the flow of their time is decided by what kinds of things they do.

I can do all of what I claim. Problem is, can you see it with the naked eye and/or know what it is that I'm doing when I do it? Eventually, though, once you have reached a sufficient level of mastery, you will have to choose whether or not you want to use the knowledge you have gained for personal success or as a leave from this world. I'm not sure whether or not it is holding me back since I still find joy in gaming and serves a purpose, but I can assure you that it is not just me getting good at the game. Gungnir is something that requires absolute belief in order to use and when you can believe without any interruption, it will activate without fail. To elaborate, I've recently been trying out CS:GO and I can still use Gungnir just as effectively as I can in other games I am more skilled at, leading me believe that there is something more to it than just gaming skill. I actually suck at CS:GO, but when I set my mind to use Gungnir, it doesn't seem to be attributed to things like how accurate I am or how well positioned I am on the battlefield. For Chi manipulation, you need to learn the language of nature, which is a whole lot more poetic than I wanted that to sound. If math is the language of numbers, then chi is the language of things called "life forms." In a nutshell, it's what transpires between the moment you decide to move your arm, and the action your arm takes in response to that decision.
Chi paths are very recursive, so to really master this you want to apply recursion to everything you've ever previously done in life, but in this new way. Essentially, upgrading all your skills, with this new style of thinking. Now this is where it gets weird:
Imagine that you have a mask, of every animal, and when you put on that mask, you act like that animal. But not *exactly* like that animal, because you're a human, so the way you act is how a human would act like that animal. So, how does a human wearing a dog's mask act compared to a human wearing a cat's mask? Does a human wearing a cat's mask wearing a dog's mask act differently than a human wearing a dog's mask wearing a cat's mask? How about a human wearing an dog's mask wearing a human's mask compared to a human's wearing a cat's mask wearing a human's mask?
You can also split your personality, so that maybe the right side of your brain which deals with shapes and what not, is wearing a hawk's mask, but the left part of your brain which is linguistic and logically oriented is wearing a dolphin's mask. Or even that the left part of your brain is wearing the mask of a dolphin whose right side of their brain is wearing a hawk mask, but whose right side of their brain is wearing a human mask. The more you're able to visualize and conceptualize every combination of mask chains therein, the quicker you'll be able to recognize chi paths in your every day life.

You will simply have a force that accounts for all of their actions and will not need to use simpler methods such as making them do something. You will already be in sync with what you desire. Unfortunately, psychic/magic powers do not become visually apparent until you learn how to manipulate light and use that as magical connection with time. Since the eyes are mainly used for perceiving light, this would make sense.

I want to learn / hone an ability to communicate either telepathically, or by sensing the echoes of the echoes of things so minutely that it's practically the same thing. I want to be able to essentially turn myself into a human telephone for periods of time, and connect people together on a subconscious or conscious level who are seeking each other either consciously, or subconsciously.

Get really good at empathy and thought-reality manifestion. Then, when two or more people are in the same tick in time, regardless of the time period they are in, they will naturally meet because that is how the flow of things will naturally turn out. Some animals can already communicate telepathically, though it requires both parties to have some knowledge of each other's existence. Once existence has been confirmed in one person's mind, the other person will get a signal of some sort. Though, it is up to the receiver to identify the thought they receive as a telepathic connection, which many humans pass off as just a random thought. On this note, to my knowledge, only people who can hear voices will be able to receive voice-related telepathic connection.

Maybe we can help eachother out here. Ive been followed by 1 specific entity for a long time, since i was about 7. I need the ability to study it, discover its weaknesses and vulnerabilities. It drove me near crazy when i was younger but coming out of that made me a better person, Ive already won the first battle but she still lingers, usually just controlling my dreams. Idk what you can offer but i think this may be a chance for you to broaden the aspects of your abilities.

What I mean was these abilities are simple perceptions.
Not really superpowers to be a reproductive member of society, maybe it will seem 'magikal' but the fireball out the hands is more my cup of tea.
