I was wondering if anyone could let me know why I have déjà vu probably at least several times a day I used to have lucid dreams 5 years ago and now everything I do just seems familiar I cant remember where I have seen it (like previously in my dreams) I don't know this sounds stupid to post on here I was just wondering
I get this too sometimes, OP. I feel like some parts of my days I've dreamt before, and everything has an odd glint of familiarity to it.

Yeah I get that sometimes too, for me deja vu is slightly different from the "I've dreamed this" feeling but I get them both pretty regularly.
