It is weird whenever they say a character is more pretty than another one, and they are all the same very pretty, with different hair. I like how they all got the same little titties though.
Also, I just read all of Uzimaki, but I won't buy it until I can give it to a woman as a gift, etc. But the ending was a little dumb to me, the first 3 to 6 chapters are magic though. I wish it did more body horror based in the self-mutilation, and bone breaking, and paranormal coincidence, before going full crazy. The imagery is all very good though. The ending should have just been the chick saving the dude from the spiral, because its constantly mentioned that her and the spiral are competing for attention, to 'capture' people, mostly her boyfriend, who is starting to be dragged closer to the spiral by ghostdad.
Also can't Junji just pre-establish characters a chapter before killing them? Characters existing and dying in a single chapter is a little boring, unless they are the monster of the week.
I like Junji though, I'd put him up there with Japanese guys I like, like Swery 65, the game developer.
