The Belchertown facility was pretty cool even just wandering around outside the buildings. When I checked it out I was 17 and didn't really bring the right equipment so I couldn't really explore the interiors of any of the buildings. Even the graffiti was pretty interesting.
My school is in Waltham, supposedly there's a couple of similar places nearby according to the UE database, but haven't gotten around to checking those out.

There was an old shoe making place next to my friends house that was abandon. I picked the lock and when we went in there was a pile of old shoes and a strange humming noise. we went in and found wooden feet that were used to model the shoes.
