We figured most passwords of this one, you can check them out in pic related. Most lead to pictures, one leads to a new journal of sorts, FatherDarkness MotherWorm.
The ones missing are related the simbols on the left, I'll explain it further if anyone wants to seriously try it out and isn't getting it.

Guy makes weird sites with puzzles that lead to pictures and to his journals.
The pictures are mostly of terrain, painted skulls, skulls in holes. The journals range from weird ass poetry, dark insights about the human condition, and him burying the skulls, and dedicating a crossroad to hekate and other equally weird and kinda fascinating stuff.

So for this puzzle specific:

Here's the deal, as you see there are 12 blue dots, and 12 eggs. If you click on a dot each takes you to a password protected file. If you pass the cursor over an egg it shows you a symbol on the right.
Now each egg corresponds to each blue dot, the symbols shown on the eggs correspond to the passwords of the blue dot files.
If you look at the pic you see the passwords we already figured out. The password are mostly occult stuff, spirits this guy works it. For example egg number 9 showed a picture of the sigil of Murmur on the right, and the password for the corresponding blue dot (dot 9) was "Murmur".
So it's like this, We still have to figure out the passwords for 1, 2 ,3, 7, 10 and 11. Thing is we might have an easier job (if someone recognized the symbols) because the symbols for 1, 10 and 11 are the same (symbol in pic here>>17564362) and the symbols shown for eggs 2, 3 and 7 are also the same symbol.
So our job is to find out what those symbols are, represent. Again all the others relate to stuff on his journals, but i've read all of them and still can't figure out these two. Maybe someone recognizes them.

clever bastard, the same symbol indicated they were all birds, but as it showed on different places it was different birds, it guessing the three missing follow the same rule. see ya laters
Updated picture with the new passwords and a note to help figure out the last three. We're almost there! I think the next pages left to figure out will prove more of a problem, but one thing at a time.
Dot 10 and 11 (passwords: owl and raven) yielded 2 more sets of images, the files are very big but I'll to post the more interesting ones.

Have already read the new one "info". Not written in reverse writing so pretty easy acess (eggs page, first dot, password "bat"). Interesting stuff, information theory, quantum physics stuff.
But I'm again at a loss for the three remaining passwords. As I´ve written in the note (>>17569391) , they all have the same symbol as clue for the password. Seeing as the ones for 1, 10 and 11, also with the same symbol were all flyers (bat, owl, raven) I figure these three are also three of a kind. The symbol itself seems to point at a four legged creature, but I've tried cat, dog, wildcat and a lot of others, without any result. Hope someone can figure it out.

Btw Set_00001 details how to set up 2 occult experiments / rituals. One called "Squaring a room", for workings with Saturn. And another called "Newtons Bucket", about hanging a bucket from the ceilling with a rope twisting it to attract spirits or something.

There is a difference between the symbol eggs 2,3 and the 7th. You can see it in the picture.
7 was lynx as we know, the others are same symbol but black instead of yellow. As I've said there is mention in the journal's of a black cat and black dogs are symbols for hekate. But I've tried these passwords like "blackdog" "blackcat" even "gatonegro" "perronegro" but nothing.

I don't into gods but I into mythology what I know is Hekate was one of the titans, the guys that ruled the show before the gods, and she was not imprisioned when Zeus threw all their asses in tartarus. SO she was around WAY before little Circe was turning sailors into pigs so could fug Odysseus.

Digged up some etymology, parvo is latin and means "small". It carried out to Portugese with the meaning "stupid" or "simple".
Parvo means dumb, stupid is my native tongue.
I researched a bit about Smyrna already, it is also mentioned in the first book in the grid page. Also the mention of fire fits here, because there was a great fire there, that burned for like 9 days, and killed LOTS of people.
In book1 he mentions that his servitor (that's George, and a whole different story you read about in book4) his obssesed with Smyrna, that something bad happened there (the fire likely), and that it looks like a horse.
Some that looked at the code also found another page that if I remember leads to LiveFire part 3. Also a horse appears in that page if you click in some place i think, I'll try to dig it up.

Doesn't seem so simple to me.
But let's at it. The symbols are the objects of the hekates: torch, rope and knife (he talks always of black handled knifes). The ones below are the phases of the moon full, new and crescent. Now the objects are n (name), the moon phases is # (number?).
Then there's the equation. If you pass with the cursor over the objects you see in what term of the equation they go, I've put them in their proper term in the picture.
Then,where I think it gets tricky, if you pass in the black square between the objects and moon it shows you a place in the result (right of "=" of the equation) I think this might mean where that particular term goes in the password. And I've resumed it in the pic aswell.

Quick retelling of LiveFire:
Guy with girl in palm springs, they go off into the mohave to hand a letter to a fire elemental. The fire elemental is there to retrive an amulet that controls him. The nazis held the amulet and made him do stuff, the elemental (salamander) paid off a nazi scientist to rigg the satelite they sent into space with the amulet (so no one would get it) so it would orbit Mars a couple times and fall in the mohave years from then, when all the nazi's where mostly dead.
SO guy (hekate station guy or his representation in there) knows there's gonna be trouble, some neo nazis gonna know and want the amulet back too. So he summons Murmur, Murmur calls up a dead guy, dead guy helps him dodge a bullet, but his friend, the girl in the beginning gets shot. The girl was working for the U.S. military or some secret branch stuff, and he gets her job. Next stop Smyrna.
Quick stop in jerusalem, talking jesus stone droped in the ocean, aaaaaand TIME TRAVEL.
Bucket experiment used to somehow time travel back to Smyrna at the time of the big fire. In Smyrna as an officer he shoots a bunch of people, gets in a room, does the "squaring a room ritual", cue some weird quantum physics explanations about reality and he picks one of two doors, ivory or horn (like the greek dream gates). Back in the squared room, the room is now on fire, fire elemental shows up and helps him out of smyrna into an america war ship. As he enters the war ship some spirit commands him to fetch a hanged guy from a tree. He has to pick a door out of a corridor of spooky doors, picks a door and meets someone with a wizard hat (scene is like in sandman when sandmand summons the three and gets three questions) then he's back in burning Smyrna, get's the hanged guys corpse and gets shot in the process. Then he dies from the wound and is sent to hell, and the spirits realize the hanged guy was not the guy they were looking for.
