2 weeks ago some weird shit started happening to me at home and I wasn't sure what to think.
Last night shit got real.
I'm going to attempt to fight whatever the fuck this is. If you have any advice for fighting in general, or have a better plan, then your comment is much appreciated.
Backstory.
2 weeks ago...
Day 1.
It was around 2am. I was in bed and just about to fall asleep when there was a loud knock at the front door.
... "Knock... knock... knock"..
As I got to the top of the stairs, I thought I'd heard a mans voice coming from outside. It said.. "I'm at the front door". I didn't recognise the voice, so, being sensible, I headed for the front room instead and looked out of the window. I couldn't see anybody by the door or in the street, so I went back to bed. Fuck em.
Day 2.
It was around 2am, and I was in bed. There was a loud knock at the front door.
.. "Knock... knock... knock"..
The previous nights events suddenly came to mind, so, I jumped up out of bed and started throwing clothes on. Before I'd got to the bedroom door I heard what I thought was a mans voice again. It sounded like it said.. "First.. ".
I wasn't sure, but it also sounded like it came from downstairs. I put my ear to the door and listened for a minute.. nothing, so, I grabbed my axe-handle/bat just in case and crept downstairs. After a few minutes of searching I find that the house is empty and there's nobody at the door. I went back to bed thinking I was probably just hearing things...
Day 3.
It was around 2am, and I was on the bed watching something on the Laptop. There was a loud knock at the front door.
.. "Knock... knock... knock"..
It made me jump. It was getting annoying. I hit mute and lay there for a second. Then I heard the mans voice again...
.. "I'm on the Second..."
It definitely came from inside of the house.
I fucking raced downstairs with bat at the ready but there was fuckall there. I searched everywhere. I went out into the street..silence. I thought I was going mental.
Day 4.
It was around 2am, and I was sitting by the front door waiting for the fuckers bat-in-hand. I was pumped. There was a loud knock at the front door.
.. "Knock... knock... knock"..
Literally just as the third "Knock" sounded I ripped open the door, and... there was nobody there.
"C'mon you fuckers".. I shouted towards the street. Nothing. I went outside.. silence.
I came inside, and as I was closing the front door I heard the voice again. It came from behind me. It was feet away. It was coming from towards the stairs...
.. "I'm on the Third Step!"
I almost pissed myself and swung the bat around, letting out a humiliating.. "Ooooeeeerrrgh!". There was fucking nobody there. I flipped out, and ran about the house threatening shadows for 30 minutes... "Come out you cunts!"..
I never went back to bed that night.
Day 5 - 9
I went to stay at a friends house for a few days, then went to my Sisters for a night. I told them what had happened. "It's probably just kids fucking around".. was their explanation. I hoped they were right. I struggled to sleep, but was glad to have a few uneventful nights.
Day 10.
It was around 2am, and I was laying in bed trying not to wait for the loud knock at the front door. I was freaked the fuck out.
.. "Knock... knock... knock"..
My fucking heart skipped a beat. I tried to ignore it. Then I heard the mans voice again. It sounded closer than before.
.. "I'm on the Ninth Step".
I jumped up and threw on the light, fucking convinced there was somebody in the house. I leapt out of the bedroom door and flew at the stairs, swinging my bat at anything that wasn't me.
There was fuck all there, again.
I didn't sleep that night.
Day 11.
It was around 2am, and I was in bed with bat in hand waiting. The front door sounded...
.. "Knock... knock... knock"...
I grabbed the bat and jumped out of bed. I began to cry. Adrenaline was pumping. Then I heard the mans voice. It was definitely getting closer.
... "I'm on the Tenth Step".
It was so close I could feel it. The bravery turned to panic. I threw the bat at the door (?), then stood there for a few seconds contemplating jumping from the window. I almost did. Thankfully I never. I grabbed the bat then sat on the bed waiting for the Sun to come up.
Last Night.
It was around 1:30am, and I was sitting in the bedroom waiting for whatever the fuck this is. I've never been brave. I was absolutely shitting myself.
The house was silent. I watched the clock. 1:59... 2:00
There was a knock on the Bedroom door.
.. "Knock... Knock... Knock"...
I could hear footsteps from behind the door. The floorboards creaked.
A mans voice whispered..
.. "I'm at the door".
I threw up. Then I fainted.
When I woke up a few hours later I'd pissed myself. I barricaded the bedroom door, got changed, then sat by the open window until 8:30 this morning.
I've searched the house. All doors and windows are locked.
......
Tonight.
It's 12. I've got 14 hours. I have my bat, a truncheon, and my 3 strongest knives at the ready. The plan is: I'm going to barricade the front and bedroom doors and wait for whatever it is to come at me. I've also set up 2 camera phones, one facing the front door and one the bedroom door to record whatever happens. I'm going to fight it. I sit here writing this not knowing wtf is going to happen here tonight, if this is real, or if it's just some dumb kids playing a prank. I suppose I'll find out soon enough. I'm going to sleep from 4pm until 10pm but I'll keep posting for as long as I can.
Please, if you have any kind of combat training, and can offer some tips on how to fight in an enclosed space it would be a great help. I've never used a knife, or swung a weapon at a person before. I'm not even sure how to hold either properly.

OP when fighting in enclosed spaces, jabs and stabs are your best bet. A slash requires a lot of space and is slower than a jab. Hold the knife like you're fencing.

What will protect you is something with iron to hit it with (rod, fireplace tools, even a hammer could have iron). Grab some salt, make a salt circle around you. It can't pass the circle of salt. Live it out, paranormal activity will spike to 3am. I had an encounter a couple years ago, it would open and close drawers/doors. It would attack me. I would wake up with bruises and scratch marks. It was an aggressive human spirit. What helped me the most is the chunkiest salt I could buy. Because salt is a pure element like iron so ghosts, and demons can't get by it and get so affected by it. Then sage to cleanse the property of any negativity and with the priest the house is sanctified. I would recommend having an iron cross nailed to the head of the entrance and make sure mirrors don't face any doorways, it lets things in.

i wont type out my whole story but basically a year ago i had a job stocking shelves over night at this store. so i was always awake over night and slept during the day. well i started hearing shit around my house that was fucked up and not normal.. i would open my bedroom door and hear scattering like bat wings all throughout the house for like 5 seconds and then complete silence. every fucking time i was getting ready for work i would go downstairs and was just about ready to head out to my car and i would hear wailing/crying/yelping in the distance. it sounded like an animal dying in pain. it always got closer and closer to my house and then stopped.. then right when i was like "okay guess its gone" it would yelp the loudest screechiest sound it ever made right outside my window. this caused me to be late to work several times because i did not leave the house til it stopped. i would down a shot or 2 of whiskey and head out for work.
this happened for several months every fucking night.. i almost lost it.. i almost went nuts.. until one day i was saw pic related and people joking about it on /x/.. i decided why the fuck not. the next time i heard the yelping noise from outside i instantly pulled down my pants and started wanking. never heard that shit again.

I race over WITH my girlfriend, and the door is locked, no one is talking but they try to open my door. I go get my fucking ak47 and when I got back no one was there. We moved out the next day. Things are quiet at my new house except some knocking and stuff, but I have an orgone grid around the whole house here.
I have had black helicopter phenomenon since I started making orgone so I dont advise making orgone unless you want to be harassed. But overall, I believe this has more to do with the targetted individual/mk ultra programs then anything.

My friend was just telling me that the three knocks are a demons way of asking for entry.i cant say for sure though. Ive been living at my grandmothers place for a week now. This is the only one i know that is specifically for protection; but all prayers protect against evil spirits. "Deliver us from evil" in the "our father" isin't there just for show. Of course prayers aren't magic spells; you need to be sincere. Any prayer, even one you just invented yourself; can work. A little girl, named Lucy, was given a small doll by her parents. The doll was a gift from an ancient great aunt who had now passed away. Lucy was secretly unnerved by the doll which had nasty little black eyes that seemed to follow her around the room and a cross expression on it's face. Her parents told her the doll was called Arabella. Lucy was even more afraid now that the doll had a name. It seemed to make it more human.
Even so, Lucy never really believed on a conscious level that the doll could do anything to her. It was just a doll, after all, and only reached up to just above her knee. So, to put her mind at rest, she stuffed Arabella into the little cupboard under the stairs, behind a pile of shoes where her parents wouldn't see her. It was not until a few nights later, when Lucy was lying in bed that she heard a noise...a shuffling sound, which went on for about five minutes. Then, a brief dragging noise and finally, a scuttling like light footsteps walking very fast. Lucy was pinned to the bed with fear, unable to move. Then, she heard a voice - like a very deep, almost masculine tone - but quiet enough not to wake her parents. Lucy always slept with the door open and the landing light on, as she was a little scared of the dark. Therefore she could hear more through her open door. Lucy heard the voice say "Lucy, I'm on the first step"...And then loud scrabbling again as whatever was speaking apparently turned tail and returned to it's place of hiding.
Lucy didn't sleep a wink that night but laid in fear until the break of dawn when her mother got her up for school. Lucy tried to explain to her mother what had happened the night before, but was so tired that, when her mother passed it off as "just a dream" she didn't have the strength to argue.
Lucy begged her parents to get rid of the doll, but they insisted that it had been the great aunts wish that Lucy would have her doll. She checked the cupboard under the stairs, but Arabella was exactly where Lucy had left her. She reluctantly went back to bed.
That night, Lucy fought against sleeping but she eventually drifted off. Presently, the deep disembodied voice woke Lucy again. She wondered if she could only hear it in her head. "Luuuuucccccccyyyyy....I'm on the fifth step.." it said. Then came the scuffling noise and the voice didn't reoccur that night. Lucy was crying by now, and again she didn't sleep that night. At school, Lucy told her friends about the doll, and of course they laughed at her. Lucy could only think that if Arabella was climbing four steps at a time then there was only one more night to go.
That night Lucy decided to shut her bedroom door. When her mother turned her light out she asked why Lucy was no longer scared of the dark. Lucy replied that she was and could she leave her light on instead of the hall light? But her mother pointed out that her bedroom light was so bright it would keep her awake, and said no. Lucy reluctantly agreed to sleep without her light on. She opened the bedroom curtains instead to light the room a little anyway.
Just as she began to doze, she heard the noise. And then the voice "Luuucccyyyy... I'm on the top step..." Lucy knew her door was closed but was still terribly afraid. Her heart pounding, she knew if she stayed in bed she wouldn't be safe. So she got up to investigate. She screamed!
Lucy's parents found her body at the bottom of the stairs. They guessed she was on her way to the bathroom without switching on the hallway light and had fallen down the stairs breaking her neck. Arabella, the favorite family doll, was found beside her body. She was......smiling.
