Hoping this isn't bait, but it's my opinion anyway that some of the material in this show is legit, but if, say, they go to a location where there is very little activity, then I wouldn't put it past them to add some fake material. Because really, I'm sure there are some places they go to where absolutely nothing happens - yet their contract and/or schedule demands they make an episode at that place, so to avoid making an incredibly dull episode and losing viewers, it makes sense from a business perspective to just add shit. I normally just suspend all disbelief and watch it for the lols, but also for the locations. Some of the places they go to I would love to visit myself.

I agree that there are aspects of this show that are legit. Especially if you've ever seen where Zac has a brick thrown at him. I also don't know why people hate on Zac so much, he seems lile a chill dude. And Aaron is the fucking man. The thing that lends them the most credibility is that they do go out of their way to debunk things. It's not like Ghost Hunters wheee every single thing is a ghost. If they hear something, they attempt to debunk it and if they can't do so with logic, they still don't even go so far as to say it's paranormal (most of the time). They just say it happened and they couldn't explain it.

Nah. I think the seasons with the Three Amigbros weren't fake and had legitimacy, even if N O T H I N G happened, those episodes were still excitable as they tried to debunk their findings. I remember there was an episode where they thought they saw a humanoid shadow figure and it turned out to have been a security guard.[spoiler]I think Linda Vista Hospital is best episode.[/spoiler]
However, after Nick departure, it is highly questionable and debatable in my eyes. I want to believe there still exist intergrity and sincerity, yet it is extremely hard for me to believe.

Ghost bros is pretty legit. Zack acts like a retard in the earlier seasons, but he's calmed down considerably. They at least try to debunk the evidence they capture, but they make WAY too much out of the most faint EVPs. They've straight up went to places were fuck all was happening and said, "Yeah, there's nothing going on here." Once of twice they should have been more critical, like the Seattle episode where a demon was supposedly burning bibles. That shit was clearly being faked by the homeowner.

People need to remember that this is an entertainment program above else. That's one of the reason its my favourite ghost program, the guys are hilarious and it's always a blast hearing Zak rave on and go all "poetic".
That said, I do like to suspend my disbelief and imagine that they don't fake evidence. I certainly think that they exaggerate EVPS, even mistaking other sounds for them.
