My theory points towards a Reptilian civil war, perhaps involving other races as well.
A possible theory:
- Homeland Reptilians ban genetic experimentation and interference with lesser races
- Rebel Reptilians come to Earth and create humans through genetic manipulation
- Rebel Reptilians rule over us like Gods. Mate with our women. They also pass knowledge onto us. (Annunaki, Sumeria)
- Homeland Reptilians catch up with the experiment and dissaprove of it. They arrive to Earth and battle the Rebel Reptilians.
- Rebel Reptilians are defeated and banished from Earth.

- Homeland Reptilians decide for non-interference. Interaction between Reptilians and Humans is forbidden. But some Reptilian overlords stay to watch over the Earth from the shadows.
- Christian religion is created by the Homeland Reptilians to explain away what happened and keep us under control.
Thus according to Christian religion:
- Our very existence is flawed (Original sin: Genetic manipulation)
- Satan and his fallen angels were defeated and banished. They are not to be trusted.

My Theory from what I've seen is, Reptilians use to all live together on what we'll call "Original Earth". Something happened that threatened to completely destroy their World, in an attempt to save it and advert catastrophe, they split it into two.
It was split between two different dimensions, and now they seek to merge those two different dimensions once again. I think this event was because of a rebellion against God and his ruling Angels, basically the Atlantis story.
