I just abruptly got an episode of kundalini energy sporadically surging upwards through my spine. No idea why but I have been doing a lot of personal growth recently and succeeding at it pretty fuckin well

personal growth = release of blockages = energy flow.
Personal conflicts = blockades.
You are what you believe you are.
If you have an idea of who you are, your body will be limited and therefore your energies.
If you loose all your definitions of yourself, your energies will be flowing perfectly and you will be able to bring your full potential to the reality of your body and will be only limited by your imagination = enlightenment.
