Anyone have the name of the guy that got lost in the desert and

Anyone have the name of the guy that got lost in the desert and was never found? I remember he uploaded a video before his disappearance, and his wife is still looking for him.

In the video he treks in a desert like area with rocks all around him.

I don't remember anything else about the video other than that... He is american, looks middle aged. I think at one point he eats a granola bar.
