And this is a particularly simple card to interpret. Change is a constant thing in our lives, something that is truly unavoidable because that's simply how universe works in the first place. If there was no chance, then it would only be inertia. No movement. Nothing. Things standing still, never changing. You have to accept change as it comes, be it physical or mental, and not hold onto things that may simply be keeping you down in one way or another. It may as well be internal transformation, a mindset that you need to change, before you're able to proceed further on without causing yourself any sort of damage. Prince of Swords and Prince of Wands.
What a completely and utterly bizarre combination of two cards to get. Princes tend to symbolize men, and in this case, it may symbolize you or it may symbolize two men that will be involved in some sort of a manner around you. I'll interpret this in two ways.
You may have some dealings with a man who is going to be a rather rash one, filled with energy and will to do certain things and actions that he seeks and desires. An impulsive man too. But he can quickly shift towards the extreme of these qualities and cause quite a mess behind him. That's the Prince of Wands.
The Prince of Wands would be someone who uses their head and their logic just a bit too much, not terribly grounded or emotional in themselves. This can easily be focused into something malicious and something with ill-intent, but it's not always the case. Going from one thing to another, just seeking something that pleases their mind and their interests.
It may as well symbolize you and the changes that you're going through and need to go through. Willpower, activity, intelligence. More willpower and logic than emotions and stability. Everyone needs to be balanced, so if I'm correct here, make sure to ground yourself and remember to feel some emotions here and there. It's easy to get caught off guard with these two cards running around.

The purpose of them are rather personal. On the how - forming the sigil is easy; as for charging, there are many ways to do that. I enter into a light trance, cut myself, and trace the sigil over with my blood while attempting to scry it. Then I usually meditate for a short while on it to direct and focus the will and intent.
