I don't dream very often. Maybe once a week if that I will dream, often not at all. I do not think its that I don't remember them, as its always the first thing I think upon waking "What did I dream?" Tried keeping a dream journal as well, but it got content so infrequently that I gave up.

Is this how it is for everyone? It worries me deeply that I rarely ever dream.

Some people remember their dreams, some don't. Doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. People are just wired differently when it comes to their brains.

Is there anything I can do about it though? I desperately wish to dream.

said, we're all wired differently.
ECT and LSD can create / alter neural pathways.
The former is v difficult to do unless you're on a course of ECT, or want to stick a fork in a plug or something mental like that. LSD is a better bet, or mushies, or some other psychotropic drug.
alternately, there's meditation that acts on different brain waves, alpha waves , and crystals are v good, brilliant.

I've always dreamed everynight.
2 or 3 vivid dreams by night i can remember half of it everytime, somtimes more.

I don't have problems to sleep and i always enjoy going to bed to live differen adventures.

I'm 29 and i just begin to lucid dream.

I don't usually remember my dreams but when I do they're always in third person (same with memories) I thought it was the same for everyone

I almost never dream. Like 98% of my sleeps are dream-less. When I do dream, its hyper realistic to the point I confuse the dream with reality often enough I've been called insane. Not trying to be edgy or anything, just saw this thread while scrolling by. Probably won't even be back to monitor this.

i feel you mang
i had realistic dreams that made me doubt my existence.
The bad one was when i killed a guy (in dream) and i was arrested and i waited to be judged.
This dream took soooo long it was so realist i was really fucked up when i woke up.
