My mom had this story from when she was a kid. She said she had this really weird neighbor that was really religious(probably mentally ill) and terrified of looking in mirrors. All the mirrors in her house were covered with sheets. She only went in there once or twice. The woman had a daughter that went to school with my mom too. One day the girl traded a ring she had gotten with my mom for something else. The next day,the girls mom came to the school yelling at my mom and accusing her of stealing it. They moved away not long after that.
