The idea is that sometimes, an entity called Null will appear, usually when many people are in the world for some time. He can take various forms, such as a shopping trolley, a mask, and even an AK47. Null is apparently the creator of the game. He has special abilities, and sometimes plays games/does weird stuff with the players. He is capable of banning players, but they only need to refresh to enter the world again.
