I'm training myself to do an astral projection. Yesterday, while I was observing the vibrations, a strong itching appeared in my forehead. I couldn't take it so I itched myself. Are itchings like that a symptom?

itch signals are sometimes sent to your body to check if you are asleep. since you are trying to trick your brain into thinking you are asleep, you failed the test
