I can help with the more technical audio stuff. I was analizing the audio samples of IN_RW0161 and found it has 2 channels with a total of 1017856 frames. The samples start off as 0 for a bit and then the majority are negative but there are a few positive ones mixed in and at the very end they jump closer to zero.
At the end where the samples where close to zero but are not zero might indicate the use of some type of mute switch that still let some audio leak through.
At the begining the samples stayed exactly zero.
I found that the majority of the frames are mono, but there are 36773 frames where the channels have different values (stereo). I think this might be from a single microphone or something mono plugged into a stereo line.
The audio starts with 2897 frames that are 0 (flatline, no sound).
The sample rate I got is 44,100 per second.
The majority or samples are negative like the sound wave was shifted down.
The samples at the start of the clip are exactly zero where the ones at the end are not.

a sound clip is made up of frames that in this case play at 44,100 times per second. each frame can have multiple channels, typically one for the left speaker and one for the right speaker. the audio clip is formatted for stereo sound but doesn't really contain any.
the two channels don't always have the exact same value
if a computer made a stereo clip from a mono clip the two channels would be the same 100% of the time but that isn't the case here
