If you're new you might not know, but after episode 2 came out they uploaded that trailer for episode 3 then quickly made it private. Just recently they made it unprivate, so they might finally be planning to release it before the final episode. (There are supposed to be 6 episodes total.)

That game's an application. The one we're talking about now is like a series of youtube videos you can explore by clicking annotations in the videos.
Truth be told when these videos came out people wondered what they meant. Rumors that she is being raped went around. The only rumor I remember sticking was that these particular videos were actually produced by satan himself. Details are fuzzy as to why this was but its the only one I distinctly remember. I think we all lost interest when more videos started popping up and we realized it was another youtube channel just like all others. And if you think I am wrong go ask alantutorial

When there were only 2 episodes out they were posted on /x/ in a creepy vidya thread. I skimmed through the videos for a bit and was really creeped out by them/confused what they were. At first I thought it was a real Polish children's show. Then I realized that they seemed to be made by the uploader and that there was very little information about them, so that made it more mysterious.
When more videos came out and the store open up, it became more apparent that it was an ongoing art project or something, and a lot of the mystery went away.
I miss that feeling of mystery when I found the videos for the first time, but I guess that's how it is with all things.
