If you choose to drink only distilled water, make sure you wash your mouth with fluoride every day before bed or as directed. I know what shit isn't the best to swallow, but it has proven preventative effects on tooth decay so yeah

drinking distilled water won't really decrease the amount of fluoride we take in. most of it absorbs threw our skin while were showering. Everyone that thinks they're fluoride free, just don't know any better.

So in essence: Drink only distilled water, don't brush your teeth with fluoride toothpaste, don't shower and be extremely careful what you eat. Only then can you PREVENT calcification. But so far no one has given advice on how to REVERSE it, though a couple simply said it was impossible.
