Has anyone ever had any weird/paranormal/inexplicable things happen to them at work? I'm pretty much 99% sure I work in a haunted house now so will post all of my stories for you guys. Feel free to contribute if you have anything!

>Working in supported living home for people with autism and mental health conditions
>Big old house, six bedroom, three bathrooms, office, all converted for supported living and so on...
>Top floor has one bedroom and one utility room
>The guy in the top bedroom can't communicate very well but is pretty chilled
>He has a baby monitor in his room connected to the living room so night staff can hear if he needs anything
>I start night shifts
>One night hear him talking over the intercom
>"Hello" "Not fun" "Don't do"
>"Not fun" and "Don't do" are phrases he uses when he is feeling stressed or pressured
>Go upstairs to check on him
>He's sat up in bed, lights off staring at his wall
>I ask if he is okay, he says yes and lies back down
>Okay...
>Two hours later hear footsteps coming downstairs
>Must be one of the guys getting a drink
>Look around doorway
>No one on the stairs
>To get to the kitchen they would have to walk through the room I was in, no way to get there otherwise

Continued...
>>
>Think I must have imagined it and return to work
>Ten minutes later, footsteps again
>Clearly hear someone on bottom three steps and then on wooden floor at the bottom of the stairs in the hallway
>Go to check
>No one again
>Noticed a small bracelet on the bottom step
>wtf.jpeg
>No female residents in this house and no female staff on shift tonight
>Who put that there?
>Next day, hand in to manager and explain what happened
>Asks everyone, nobody recognises the bracelet
>Bracelet is put on the noticeboard in the entranceway with a note for whoever dropped it
>Start shift one night and notice bracelet and note are gone
>Ask shift leader about it
>He says he hadn't noticed who claimed it
>Think nothing of it and get on with work
>Before he locks the office for the night shift leader calls me over
>Says that the baby monitor for upstairs bedroom has been re-connected because suspicions that one resident is using empty room to smoke (Not allowed to smoke in house)
>No problem, I'll just listen out for any movement
>About 04:00 hear noise on monitor
>Faint crackling
>Almost like someone stroking the mic upstairs
>Stop and listen in case resident is trying to sneak into room again
>Hear the door to the room open and then shut
>Little bastard must be in there again
>I go upstairs and open the door to the room slowly to try and catch him
>Room is dark, very quiet
>Open door fully and turn on the light
>Nobody in here
>Get a real uneasy, kind of nervous feeling as I leave the room for some reason

Continued...
>>
>>16986738
>>16986740
>Knock on suspected smoker's door to check on him
>He opens door about twenty seconds later, clearly just woken up
>All other residents are asleep (I'd know if they weren't because when they wake up, you KNOW about it lol, they are not quiet)
>Heading back downstairs when the door to the empty room starts to open slowly
>I freeze
>wtf?
>The room was empty
>I stay still and stare at the door for what seems like minutes
>It's open a good 10 inches or so
>Just held open by itself
>I move my head to try and see around the door
>It slams shut
>Okay, okay... That was the wind, right?
>Check all windows and doors in whole house, twice
>None open and no drafts
>Pretty creeped out but by now it's 6am and I only have one hour left so I just finish my tasks and listen to some music

>Nothing else happens for about five weeks after that...

Skip forward to what happened three nights ago during my night shift.

>Get to work at around 21:30
>Everyone (staff and clients) on edge, all seem stressed
>Shift leader tells me that one guy (Andy) has been worked up all day and has hit a staff member
>Andy is running up and down stairs now shouting
>He does NOT want to go to bed lol
>Every time staff ask him to go to bed he either screams or says "Sarah"
>His key worker confirms he has no relatives or friends called Sarah
>Due to his condition he really doesn't use names unless it's the name of someone he knows well
>Staff enquire about Sarah and he keeps replying "upstairs, noisy!"
>Staff reassure him and tell him he needs to go to bed
>He looks at me, clearly terrified and grabs my arm
>I've never seen him like this before
>He's staring right into my eyes and says "You come, help me"
>I agree, just want to get him to bed at this point
>We get upstairs to his door and I go to open it
>He cries out and says "No! You come, help me"
>wut?
>He takes my arm again and leads me up to the top floor
>"Andy, this isn't your room"
>"Sarah's room, noises!"
>Oh shit...
>We're stood outside of the room with the baby monitor/intercom now
>The room is still empty, nobody else has moved in yet
>I tell him the room is empty and that he should get to bed now
>He becomes agitated and starts pointing at the door
>"Sarah, let's go home"
>What does he mean? He's never used the phrase "let's go home" before
>Fuck it, I really need him to settle down for the night so I agree to open the door for him

>Open the door and he goes inside first
>As I step inside and turn the light on I get this weird feeling
>Never had this before
>Every hair on my body stands up
>My head is tingling and my hands go really fucking cold
>Andy turns and stares at me intently
>"See, nobody in here mate"
>He just stares at me
>My hands have visibly changed colour now
>All purple looking and mottled
>Andy keeps staring at me
>Then suddenly, without moving his head, his eyes dart to my left
>He stays deadly still, staring
>"Andy? Are you okay?"
>He looks back at me and raises his arms into the air
>"This is my home now"
>He emphasises each word when he speaks and does so quite slowly
>He's creeping me the fuck out now
>"That's right Andy, so let's get to bed, huh?"
>He turns around and starts shouting
>"Sarah? Sarah? Sarah?"
>Not upset or agitated, just shouting like you would if you were calling for a friend in another room
>He starts to shout "Sarah" again
>Stops half way through saying it and whips around on the spot
>Staring into corner of the room now
>His face just changes
>He's smiling so wide...
>Never seen him like this
>He starts laughing and then turns to me
>He taps me on the shoulder and says "Look!"
>Points to the corner of the empty room
>"Sarah is here now"
>I look from him to the corner and back again
>Wtf is he seeing?
>We leave the room and he finally settles to sleep

He's been agitated ever since but last night was a whole new experience entirely...

>Since the incident with the room Andy's behaviour has been getting worse
>More violent, more agitated
>Yesterday he hospitalised a staff member (He's quite a small guy but can really pack a punch)
>He has his meds and everyone does their best to settle him down
>That night I get to work as usual, about 21:30
>Shift leader calls me into the office for a chat
>"Andy has been acting very strangely all day"
>"He keeps lying on the floor in the spare bedroom and shouting Sarah"
>Wtf?
>I tell shift leader about what happened when he took me to the room
>He tells me the room is now locked and gives me the key for the night
>"Is this something to do with his condition? Is it his meds?"
>No side effects of meds or his condition cause problems like this
>Everyone is in bed and everything is quiet until about 03:00
>Baby monitor starts feeding back
>I turn it off, turn it back on, check the settings
>All seems fine
>Still feedback noise from the speaker
>I have to go check the receiver upstairs in the "ghost room"
>ffs...
>I get to the second or third step on the stairs
>"Hello"
>A quiet, very soft voice on the baby monitor
>Holy shit
>I don't know what to do, that sounded like a girl
>No one is in the room, no females in the house right now...

>"Andy?! What are you doing?"
>How the fuck has he got in here?
>I have the only key and I JUST unlocked the door
>As my shift started I saw Andy go into his room to bed
>The door to the "ghost room" was already locked at this point
>How has he got in here?!
>He sits up and looks at me
>Suddenly get that same cold feeling again
>"Sarah wants to go home now"
>I don't even respond
>What do I say to that?
>He stands up and points to the door behind me

>He's staring at the door to the room
>"Sarah is hurt"
>Shift leader and I look at each other
>Both thinking "fuck this" without actually saying it I guess
>Andy pushes past us and starts hammering on the door
>Not again...
>He's beating the door so fucking hard
>Not screaming, not saying anything, just pounding the door
>We pull him off and he runs away downstairs
>He's put a fucking hole in the door now and his hands are bleeding
>Shift leader starting to freak out
>He goes to call the manager and I tend to Andy's hands
>Once bandaged Andy smiles at me and just says "Goodnight"
>Calmly walks upstairs and gets in bed
>Are you fucking kidding me?!
>Doesn't seem in pain or anything, just happily goes to bed
>This morning, as part of incident report, we interview Andy
>Manager searches his room, company policy apparently
>She comes back downstairs with that bracelet that I found
>"Why was this under Andy's pillow? Is it his?"
>Obviously not
>Blatantly a girl's bracelet...
>He obviously took it from the noticeboard and placed it under his pillow...

Thankfully my shift ended just after that. I've got three days off now but I'm still feeling pretty shaken to be honest. I'm thinking of maybe setting up a recorder or something in the room when I get back to work. Any thoughts? Maybe try EVP or something? I've never had a paranormal experience before this so I have no idea how to approach the subject. Any advice?

You could set up a camera or something, but that shit never works out. I reckon you should find out more from andy, and... be careful with that bracelet, it probably has alot to do with all this.

I test people for sleep disorders for a living. Occasional spoops like the sound of doors closing but that can be written off as the building creaking.
> Old redneck lady patient
> Says she hasn't slept an hour since her husband died like 2 years before
> Get her hooked up to the leads and in the recliner (she wanted the recliner rather than the bed)
> She's out cold snoring within 10 minutes
> Sleeps for 30 min then wakes up and begins talking to herself
> I go in and ask her if everything is ok and if she needs to use the restroom
> She says she was talking to god
> For the rest of the night this bitch talked to god
> She wasn't praying, she was talking like he was in the room with her. Yes and no answers.
> Every time I would go in to try to get he back to sleep she would contend that she hadn't slept at all.
Not exactly paranormal but still pretty fucking spoopy

There's a few stories from this hospital I was doing a clinical at:

>Be me
>Student nurse working in IMC in oldest hospital in town
>Oldest part of the hospital
>About to go home for the day but decided to help get some new sheets on patient's bed before I leave for the day
>Classmate fetches sheets while I help the patient sit in a chair while we change the sheets
>Bed was a new model and pretty sturdy
>When I took the old sheets off the bed and handed them to my classmate the bed started to roll really quick and in my direction
>Classmate freaked out and tried to stop the bed
>Tried to move it but it wouldn't budge
>Breaks were on so bed couldn't move on it's own
>Classmate said she doesn't believe in ghost but couldn't explain how that happened

Another story:
>Other classmate of ours said his fiance was working there
>Patient tell her she has a cute son
>Classmate's fiance is confused because she doesn't have kids
>"Who's that boy behind you then?"
>Turns around and there's this kid standing right behind her in the doorway

Last story for now:
>Another classmate of ours has a boyfriend who works as a RT
>RT taking care of patient in psych ward
>Patient croaks out "Samatha doesn't like what you're doing..."
>Thinks she's talking in third person
>Checks bracelet
>Patient's name isn't Samatha
>Patient is fixated on clock in her room
>RT turns around and sees the clock spinning out of control
>>
Not too spooky but scared the shit out of me.

>working security at 110 year old hospital, working 2000-0800
>about 0200
> I walk into the physiotherapy ward which is empty after about 1700
>enter as i've done a hundred time
>pass by a window that shows all the motion activated lights are off inside
>pull out phone as i walk to enter the ward
>get this feeling that someones watching me
>look up and freak the fuck out
>every single light is on and this office chair is slowly spinning.

I searched the room top to bottom to make sure a a homeless person wasn't hiding inside.
the motion activated lights only turn on as you walk further into the room and with one way in and out, the only way someone could have left was by walking the way i was entering. I even checked the cameras outside the entrance to see if someone entered and left but couldn't find anything.

Was it one of those newer clocks? We've got one that flips out occasionally and does that until it resets itself to the correct time. I imagine it would freak a person out if they didn't know what it was.

I'm not the best storyteller out there, but here is my spoopy work experience:

>working as an AV Technician for a big college
>normally all is well
>had events in every building on campus at one point or another
>but there was one old very old house on campus
>part of the original school from 150+ years ago
>used to be the President's house
>now it is mostly storage and a few rooms for meetings
>everyone jokes that it is haunted
>one day have to run cables from the basement up to an event
>stereotypical spooky old basement
>dark, damp, cold, creaky
>only illuminated by a single hanging lightbulb
>admittedly a little scared going down there
>think I see something rush away as I go down stairs
>dismiss it as nerves
>pull out flashlight, plug in cables, and turn to leave
>the lightbulb audibly clicks off
>frozen in fear
>hear what sounds like a man clearing his throat
>NOPE out of there at lightning speed
>lock all four locks on door to basement
>everyone upstairs looks at me like I'm crazy when I return
>never say a word to coworkers
>>
>>16990600
That I don't know. I'd assume it's an older clock because the hospital is old and broke as hell because it's a county hospital.
>>
>>16989480
Forgot to add about my classmate's fiance: she's pregnant now and they found out a week ago the baby is going to be a boy.
>>
>>16989480 here I got another story not really spoopy ghost but just creepy:

>Most recent clinical at mental hospital
>Lots of rabbits running around the facility
>Security finds a rabbit perfectly dissected and reports it to staff
>Organs are removed and placed neatly next to rabbit
>No trace of blood
>The way the rabbit is cut is obviously done by someone who knows what their doing

Other than that nothing else happened at the facility. The patients were really nice to us because my classmates and myself actually took the time to talk to them and not just observe them.

Get your fucking widgets/communication aids out motherfucker.

OP your story reminds me of when I spent time in an insane asylum, in a general assessment ward, there were some people that would have conversations with people that weren't there, giving them names that nobody they ever knew in their lives had, from what I gather they just pick the names up off TV/Radio then the characteristics/personalities for the people are just random amalgamations of things they've heard/seen.

It was entertaining as hell to watch them have conversations. Some times, they'd play both parts of the conversation, others, they'd just talk to nothing. I had a few conversations with them, they couldn't hold a subject or anything, and you'd get some pretty outlandish shit coming out of their mouths. Watching two of them try to have a conversation together was amazing, but it never went any where.

Basically, don't be surprised when crazy people make up people that don't exist and are vehemently certain they're real.

Work as tard guard (also autism), I get to do sleeping nights, small community home, just 3 service users (clients, whatever).

Several times I've gotten up at night to check as I've heard doors slamming downstairs, went down a couple of times to find the tv on. My dudes were all sound asleep.

Spoke to my boss about it, apparently one of the residents died years back, don't really believe in the paranormal, but...
>>
This happened about 6-7 years ago - also fuck greentext.
I was working as a network engineer for the local council. We were doing an upgrade of the data network (setting up spanning tree and tacacs+ if you're interested) due to the downtime involved and fucking change management it all had to be done out of hours.
The site i was doing on this evening was in a really old building. I mean fucking old - there was a roman fort there and the main building is over 900 years old.

So im sat what is essentially an old cellar/dungeon/underground vaulted room/idk happily tapping away at my laptop configuring the switches and faffing about with cables. The room was totally silent save for the fans on the equipment and me chatting away to myself as i do when i'm working and i knew i was the only person in the building.

So im nattering away to myself "crypto key generate rsa, doobedoo... yeah bitch generate the fuck outta that key" when i heard what sounded like footsteps on the stairs like the tapping of leather soles on stone.
i shrugged it off and carried on working.
A short while later i heard tapping on the walls. There would be a couple of taps on one wall, then a couple of seconds later more tapping but coming from a different wall.
(I should point out that these are sold stone walls with no pipes or anything behind them. The only toilets are 2 floors up and the radiators were electric and all switched off.

Nervously i called out asking if anyone was there and the tapping stopped.
I hunkered back down and got to hurrying the fuck up with finishing my config.

About 10 mins later the room went cold as hell and it felt like in an aeroplane when the air pressure changes and your ears feel like theyre about to pop.
Then i heard a womans vouce say my name very clearly right next to me and the air pressure equalised again.

BRICKS WERE SHAT. i typed wr mem on the switch, slammed my laptop shut and left.

For two years I worked at a 100 year-old state owned charity hospital in a tiny town called Independence. The community there was rural and surprisingly poor. Mostly consisted of
old Italian immigrants, black people and nuns at the local catholic church. I can tell you guys a few stories.

>Be me
>Work the night shift in the old as dirt emergency room 11:00pm-7:00am
>Shoe string staff, three nurses, a doctor, a CNA, two guards and yours
truly.
> Very easy to account for
anyone at a given time.
>Sitting at my desk which lies behind
a dingy pink curtain in what the ER nurses joke is a hole in the wall. I pretend it is more of a cubby.
>Phone rings. South wing nurse. Lazy
whale of a woman, is suppose to come
to my desk and collect the hospital
charts for the following morning's
surgeries. "You need to bring those
charts down here, they need to be
reviewed. I don't have time to do
it."
> Fuckingwhore.jpg
>May have literally three patients that are currently admitted.
>"I'll bring them down in a few."
> Grab mountain sized stack of charts
and let the guard know I'll be back
in ten.
>Walk by two PEC rooms where the CNA
is watching an empty-eyed schizophrenic patient.
> Manage to press the release to let
myself out into the hall. Door slides
shut behind me and locks. Only a
handful of us have badges to unlock
the doors.
> Walk down the creepy as fuck
abandoned North Wing. Everything
perfectly lit, none of the rooms have
been used for years, but it is the
only way to get to the South Wing,
and the rest of the active portion of
the hospital.
>Walk past the operators desk and
shoot the shit.
>Deliver charts five minutes later.
>Come walking back. Not think of
anything in particular, smile at the
operator and continue on the way back
to the ER.
>Swing around the corner to the North
Wing, start feeling strange, like
something is watching me.
>Stop walking, but still hear
footsteps coming from behind me.
>>
(Royally fucking up the green text, but don't give a shit)

>Start to get creeped out, no one had been walking behind me in the hall.
>Walking again now, a little faster, start hearing the other footsteps louder, now running after me.
>OH FUCK OH FUCK OH FUCK
>Start running as fast as I can,
still with heavy footsteps behind me. I race down the hall, out of the North Wing.
>Break into a cold sweat, come to the ER door, swipe my badge and auto door starts to swing open slowly. I can hear them running up the hall after me.
>Squeeze in and force the door shut behind me, terrified but waiting to see what or who is following me.
>No one comes.
>Can hear my phone ringing at my desk, dash over, still super creeped out.Operator is on the phone.
"Why were you running down the hall? I saw you on the camera."
>"Who was running after me?"
>"It was just you anon. You were the only one, why?"
>"Nothing. Just...night shift I guess."
>"What?"
>Lays phone onto reciever.

Like every theatre across the world does? Wild. I've actually never been involved in a theatre that DIDN'T have a ghost light and I've worked backstage and onstage for twenty years
>>
>>16991386
I think that that's a likely explanation for OP's story, but it doesn't explain the bracelet or doors swinging open/closed.

Not saying it's ghosts, but it is a bit odd.
>>
>>16989392
What kind of questions did she ask? What answers did she get back?
>>

Call a priest and bless that room. Maybe even the entire building to be sure. Give Andy some therapy (not meds unless entirely neccesary).

If the problems persist or come back, find who the fuck is Sarah. Maybe someone in that building died and his spirit still exists, trying to send a message by fucking up things.

By the way you've said things, Sarah is not a demon, just a very perturbed human spirit. Not that dangerous. However, you're in a hospital, and mentally disabled people are highly perceptive for this things.

One last tip, if you start feeling "uneasy", don't ignore it. That is your natural instinct that something's wrong, and trust me when I tell you that if you feel something is wrong, then SOMETHING IS WRONG.

Be careful, pray to whatever god you believe in, and if you don't belive in anything then rely on your own willpower.

Good luck mate

tell sarah that she is disturbing the people there and that she needs to cross over.

tell her that the people here are scared of her and that she needs to go to the light and be with the people that she loved while on earth.

She's just trying to communicate with you.

Figure out who owned the house before. She may be either trying to check up on someone living, or could have forgot what she is doing on this plane, or is having trouble crossing.

Either way, reassure her that you can;t communicate with her because you can not see her and that you want her to leave.

Used to work as a CNA for an old folks home

>Finishing up shift, just have to change one last minute patient client whatever
>One other person on shift with me
>As im helping this old lady back into bed i see someone walking around in the room across from the one i was in
>Coworker was wearing navy blue scrubs that day, and from the light outside you could faintly see whoever it was, was wearing dark colored clothing
>Lights are off but we usually check up on them during the night like this so we don't disturb them
>Hear another room's help alarm go off (its a HUGE lady and it usually takes two CNAs to move her around)
>Call out to who i thought was my coworker if she could help me
>No response
>maybe she didn't hear me
>Go to room across the hall to ask for help onve more
>Room is empty and the patients in there had gone with their families for the week
>Look in bathroom to see if theres anyone there
>nothing
>whatthefuck
>Walk out and see other CNA On the other side of the hallway

A few days later somone in that same side of the hallway which i was in died. When this resident died i offhandedly heard the nurse talking to the other CNAs " Its weird, usually before someone dies someone sees the person in black. Apparently no one has seen it this time"

>die inside and shit a brick factory

Good thread OP. Can you post a timestamped photo of book cover? Snapshot of sleepy village?

I used to get calls at the store where I worked in the mall about a half-hour before closing. It was always this guy whispering, so quietly you could barely hear him, and always the same thing--"are you ticklish on the bottom of your feet?" That's all he would say. If I tried to talk back to him, he would just repeat the same question. This happened several times at two different stores in the same mall. Probably just some fetishist, but kind of creepy to think he followed me after I switched jobs and was probably watching me when he called.
>>
I don't have any spoopy work stories of my own but I know a chick who worked as a temp for a really weird chemical plant or something, want me to repeat some of her stories?

Okay, just a heads-up, I'm only 20 and have only ever worked retail jobs my whole life. If I get terminology wrong it's not because I'm bullshitting, it's because most of what she described is out of my frame of reference, I'll be honest.

She's a super interesting chick, during this period she was homeless and in a band. Her temp agency gave her a job at this place that was closing down all their locations in the country and basically it was well-known that they were shady and generally treated their employees like cattle. Like they were in the process of cutting down all their full-timers to shit hours, replacing them with temps, and having the temps do exactly the same work for like $10 an hour. Everything was really disorganized by this point and different departments were scattered everywhere and they were just getting everyone to do whatever work they could give them before they'd fire them.

They had a programming department that made payroll programs for other companies or something along those lines, but by the time she got there it was just literally one dude, and they were giving him random jobs to do like working assembly lines and running forklifts. They put her and this dude in a room, gave them a couple tape guns, and had them pack stuff in boxes. Most stuff there had the names of their respective departments written on them in sharpie, but hers said "Eratas" on it (or however the fuck it's spelled). The dude told her to get rid of the tape gun and not to mention it to any supervisors, since apparently one of his jobs years before had been writing code to flag any employee that searched for it in their computer system. Not any old word, just that one. And they'd fire you if you got flagged. Weird shit.
>>
>>17010929
Another thing was that she said that the atmosphere at the place was like hellishly unhappy in a really unreal way. It sounds stupid but I want to emphasize, she's not a lazy person or the type to complain about jobs, so hearing her go into all this detail about the miserably atmosphere seriously creeped me out, but I'm kind of a pussy anyway. She didn't have any specific way to put it but they way she kept describing it creeped me out hard. Like not just like a normal job where it's unfun, but everyone always seemed thoroughly miserable, some people would be on the verge of crying sometimes for no real reason.

No work being done there seemed to actually make any impact or have anything to do with anything else, everyone was just doing what the computer system would tell them to do. Even weird useless shit, like making something and putting it in the warehouse, and then having a forklift guy come and pick up the same product and take it to be thrown away. Like really kafkaesque shit. No one was allowed to leave the grounds once they clocked in, too. There was apparently a cafeteria but for some reason they couldn't use it. You had to take your break either in the building or in your car in the parking lot. There weren't any other buildings around for like two miles anyway, just farmland and long roads.

Heh.
>>
>>17011066
Errata means a correction.
When book was printed with a mistake and it would be too costly to reprint whole lot, the editors would print additional page with correct wording and attach it to the book. That was called errata. I'm not sure if they still do it, last one I saw was back in the 90s.

Thank you, I hadn't heard of this before. But it still doesn't explain why the girl in that anon's story had to get rid of the tape gun or why employees would be flagged and fired over that word.

Come to think of it, that's what many children do: have imaginary friends, believe they're real, have conversations with them, etc.
It's probably some part of psyche which gets blocked out in mentally stable adults.

Don't have any good stories but I want to bump the thread cause it's good.

>work at tv station in high school
>do late night master control shifts on weekends (overseeing broadcast, cutting up shows for the next day, etc)
>occasionally walk down the hall to the kitchen for food or whatever
>doors that were closed before would be open and vice versa
>friend once told me he saw someone's hand with a bunch of papers in it disappearing through the swinging doors to the other control room, nobody there when he followed
>this stuff always happened when i or another staff member was supposedly there alone

People come and go to news stations late at night, so I remain a skeptic. But many of the old timers claimed that station was haunted by a general manager who had died in the staff room many years before my time. They have much more vivid stories than I do, like the intercom coming on for no apparent reason, and nobody talking into it, or the sound of doors opening and closing repeatedly late at night.

Bumping with a story. Not gonna greentext though. A little bit of a backstory: I worked at a local Veterinary hospital for around a year and a half. Nothing insanely spooky happened as i was always with people and we were able to dismiss certain things such as doors shutting or opening as the dogs being able to push them open (the vet had his pet dogs down at the clinic so he never really shut the doors to the other rooms). One day, however, the power goes out there and we were low on staff. So the vet says to just do counter hours (which is basically just selling over the counter medications and filling up medications, etc.) and then he goes to his house. He tells us that we can leave after a couple of hours and to take care of the animals before we go. So I decided to go ahead and take care of the animals and went back into the patient room. There's no windows or anything in there so it's completely pitch black and I turn on my phones flashlight and all of the animals are staring to the back of the room. I shit you not, we only had cats and dogs and they would not take there focus off the back of the room. I remember seeing this one German Shepard snarling with its hair raised up. I quickly shined my light over there and walked a little closer but I didn't see anything. I turn back around and look at the animals and they all looked normal. I left the room and got someone to come help me care for them. By far one of the creepiest things that ever happened to me.

A got a job at auto zone and this was my first week. I found out we deliver to tons of commercial acounts and shops including dealerships. So that 300 manufacturer part you bought from the dealer? It's an 89 dollar part from auto zone I delivered to the dealership and they just slapped a different sticker on. That's pretty fuckin spooky if you ask me

People with DD are typically, but not always tired to their environment. Especially if they are non verbal or not "social". People like this will pick up on paranormal activity before others.

Rule out all other possibilities first. Ask his guardian if there is a Sarah. Ask job coach. School. Case manager. Did his pbs say he steals things like bracelets? If there is a Sarah, then maybe something in his environment is making him think of her. Could be the season, who knows.

If that draws blanks you might have yourself a spook. Try moving his room to a different one. You have 6 rooms to work with. If someone gives you grief then mention the incident report where he assaulted someone.

Don't record shit. If the state figures you you are they will come down on you.
