Back then it could launch a nuclear weapon to anywhere in the world.

"The Shagohod (Russian: Шaгoхoд, "Walker") was a hybrid screw propelled vehicle designed by Nikolai Stepanovich Sokolov to serve as a mobile nuclear ballistic missile system.
