Should start off saying, I'm just a lurker here who enjoys reading some of the creepy stuff you guys post. I only go here occasionally, and I was reading some threads last night, so I think that might have been what kickstarted the dream in my head. That said, I think you guys might get a kick out of what I dreamed about.
>dreaming within the dream itself for two days about a meteor crashing outside near my house, dream me writes it off as a load of bullshit
>hear something outside one night, sounds like a meteor crash, get interested to see because of what I was dreaming about
>go outside with my father to see what's going on
>meteor right in our front yard, huge crater, cylindrical hole as far as I can tell, goes straight through a pipe in the street
>I also have some vague memories of the crater being smaller and/or it being in my neighbor's yard, but the most vivid one is the huge cylindrical hole
>here's a glow from the crater and I try to look down the hole
>Dad offers to hold me, but he doesn't, scared of heights and I don't want to fall in, so I never look straight down
>suddenly this normal-looking white van rolls up into the neighborhood
>not a black van with tinted windows, more like 4Chan's "Party Van/Navy Trap" meme, thanks guys
>and my father and I decide to go back inside before they can spot us
>they do anyway and call to us and tell us to get in the van
>we agree because we don't want to start anything
>realize this is probably the "men in black"
>get in the van, start talking casually because I want them to just release me with a silence agreement or whatever
>lots of laughter, trying to play down the seriousness of the situation for myself
>shooting the shit about conspiracy theories and stuff and how I'd never think any of this stuff was real, I just like reading about it because it's cool
>MIB guy thinks the fact that I know something about conspiracy stuff is surprising
>hands me a spiral notebook with a bunch of glossy pages and bizarre pictures, most of which I can't remember
>no aliens, but there was one thing that stood out to me -- in this pink color, there was this one captioned photograph that like the ALH-84001 meteorite, which I think I mentioned by name
>start talking about how this is really neat stuff, laughing a lot, MIB even guy laughs along with me in some places
>ask the MIB guy when he's gonna let me go home because I just wanna get back to my normal life and I have a summer class to go to tomorrow
>MIB guy is shocked to realize that I was just a civilian with an unhealthy conspiracy theory fascination for some reason
>he thought I was trying to hide my identity and that there was somehow more to me because of my laughter and my knowledge of shit like the meteorite photos he showed me
>compartment in the van under the dashboard flips up, looks like a Kinetic with a red "eye"
>ask the guy word for word "Oh, are you gonna Men in Black me?" (joke about the movie)
>MIB guy says yes, I say that's cool

tl;dr
OP didn't lurk long enough and made a new thread even though we have a designated dream thread. His dreams are now not worth reading, much like how /x/'s catalogue isn't worth reading to him

I've been lurking here for years and you guys always complain about the lack of OC. The dream was related to conspiracy/alien stuff and was literally a MIB story, so I figure I'd make a thread because people who don't care about dreams and like that sort of thing might be interested in reading it.

>dropped off outside of the van, still have really faint memories of everything that had just happened (limited to everything above, it's kinda hazy)
>it feels like I'm trying to remember a dream I just had
>wave MIB guy and his van goodbye, thank him for letting me off so easily
>MIB guy waves back, tells me sorry and to have a nice day
>father has no fucking idea what's going on, the only thing he knows is that my mom used to be into this aliens/MIB thing
>it's almost dawn, I get back into the house and search frantically for a notebook so I can write this down, afraid of the government monitoring it if I put it on my computer
>start to slip out of the dream just as dream me has an urge to crawl into bed and sleep
>wake up the next morning, immediately get on my computer to write this down
I never mentioned anything about my two nights of "prophetic dreams" in the dream to the guy.
I know it was just a dream, but I'm paranoid enough that I actually bothered to look at the sidewalk/yard this morning, at the places where the meteorite was, on the stupidly off chance that it was real. I feel a little crazy for doing that.
