hello, excuse my English , I had sleep paralysis almost every day for 3 years , at times I hear noise like a TV without signal , sometimes nothing more I can not move , yesterday heard sound like bineurales type waves and I felt a presence behind me as if to touch me and felt like a gray alien and suddenly I started to see images in my mind many images as gray next to a bed laboratory and a person in that bed , and I see it as third person these images and then woke up as usual as if i had spent a lot of energy , maybe it was a dream , had never had such an experience with sleep paralysis not know if it was real or my imagination , someone else will have I happened something?

It was a demonic visitation. Demons tricked you into thinking that you were abducted. You weren't taken anywhere. They also made you think they look like grey aliens. (they take the shape of whatever they need to for you to identify with, like a dead relative or a grey alien)... You were always in your own bed. It's a trick.
