Got a little question for you in regards to meditation noobishness.
I was practicing the clearing of my mind last night, counting breaths and whatnot, and I got to that hypnagogic seeming state where I'm not awake but I'm not asleep (not even sure if that's supposed to happen but I enjoy it). Anyway, after a few minutes I notice my chest has become very tight and from my lower abdomen down to my feet it straight up vibrating. It quickly passed and left me confused as balls.
What did I experience? Some sort of psychological dickery?

Hi. You know how I am, you know what I want. It'll be awhile before you're sure that that's the case, but you can speed up your certainty by weeding out sociopaths. First off, I'd like to thank you for your cooperation. It's been a real pleasure to work with all of you, even though by the time I get to the future you'll probably have been replaced by more economical agents. I'm sorry about the collapse that'd have been imminent if I hadn't mention that timelines collapse the moment they become self-aware, but I just wanted to tell you that you can stop making threads whenever I minimize one. There are a couple different reasons I minimize threads and, while I understand that such types of interaction were strictly necessary up til now, I think it'll be fine if you stop today.
