What are the best websites for watching anime? because i currently use gogoanime.com but the video quality is always shit so i'm looking for a website that has higher quality

There are none. You torrent (nyaa) or XDCC (#news) or DDL (Horriblesubs site) shit if you want quality. Even Horriblesubs (basically crunchy and funi rips) gives you better quality if you download because with the right player setup it will clean up artefacts and banding etc.

Kissanime.to if you must stream but it's luck if they're good quality videos or not, still better than gogoanime though.
If you don't mind downloading then torrent from nyaa or go to MAL and see what subs has the highest recommendation on a particular anime, then just google it and there will be a batch.

Highest quality is BD rips obtained by torrent or XDCC.
Next highest would be proper TV encodes obtained by torrent or XDCC.
Next would be HD stream rips from CR or other official streams (or just streaming it from there if you are a good goy and like paying to watch anime). Also shitty TV encodes would be at this level too.
Next would be "HD" streams on sites like Kissanime. It's basically just a rip of the official stream with the bitrate cut in half.
Last would be whatever godawful shit you're watching.
