Alright, here's what I need. I need Shawn's head (pic-related) to replace David Bowie's head in the following picture. I would also like for it to be black and white and come out in both transparent background and opaque background variants.

Instead of making Shawn's head bigger to fit Bowie's pic, could you possibly make Bowie's pic smaller to accommodate and then put Shawn's head over it and also fix Shawn's skintone to match Bowie's? Also, if possible, could you also post second picture with the background transparent.
