War or military anime and manga, with female protagonist?

Loved Canaan, Black Lagoon, Claymore and I liked what Strike Warriors could have been. But looking for something a bit harsher

Sora no Woto, GuP, Jormungand, GitS, list goes on and on, you can probably find plenty if you just google it.
