help my second monitor wont turn on so i need to make this one the main monitor, but i cant open tabs on this one because thats the second monitor.

Turn your computer off (press the power button if you have to, unplug it if you REALLY have to). Unplug your monitor which is not working and plug it back in. It'll default your left monitor to primary.
