I haven't heard of this happening when smoking weed, but I've heard it happen with other drugs like MDMA.
Maybe your serotonin levels are low. Don't take my word for it though, I don't know if weed lowers serotonin. So try to eat something and get electrolytes.
Could also be anxiety and you're over thinking it. If you have melatonin laying around, take some.
Is your heart beating fast? What symptoms do you have?

There's your problem.
Solution is to take some benadryl.
Only one pill, two if you have a high tolerance for most drugs.
If you don't normally have problems sleeping, melatonin should work though.
