Yes but I have quite a few porn folders and I want to stop them from showing up there in the first place. Other people using my computer is a distinct possibility so I take great pains to hide my porn and the Quick Access is ruining it.

I think the only thing you can really do is to stop it showing all recent files/folders showing. Just right click quick access and click options and then uncheck the two boxes in pic related.
Some l33t hax you can try:
in some place. have a file and name it mount.bat and put this in:
subst x: "C:\my\porn\folder"
clicking that bat will mount a new drive, x, and it will link to your porn folder.
In that porn folder make an unmount.bat and put this in:
subst /D x:
When done click on unmount and the mount disapears.
Can't quick access a drive that doesn't exist.
