Flying Witch (currently airing) is very comfy. Two of the main voice actors are newcomers and mostly sound like normal people instead of anime characters. Relaxing small town environment with fairly subtle magic so far.

If we should use "anime" or "animes", that's a question about language politics. /a/ loves to attempt to enforce Japanese grammar rules on the English word, but that's a matter of disagreement.
