the fact is i took a lot of pleasure doing this one not because of the gore, reference, etc... but because i was doing something totally new. I'm learning all by myself how to work with gimp, paint, etc... alone in my bedroom in a comfy atmosphere. The last time i put so much effort into something as pointless as this was when i was a kid playing with lego. So yes i think i will do better, this one was just a test.

I believe ethos of Gondola is that he's a passive observer and is used as a tool to convey emotions and themes to the reader in a non overt way. The message isn't explicit, but is subtly intertwined with the music and imagery to allow the reader to place themselves in Gondola's position and have them discover it for themselves.

But in all seriousness, I feel that Gondola, Pepe, and Wojak are the 3 stereotypical anons on 4chan
Pepe represents those anons who had an incredibly happy childhood growing up. Originally everything was carefree for Pepe. 1 could picture him as the kid in school who got terrible grades, was still liked by everyone. Might have had a skill such as computers. But now that happy-go-lucky Pepe is dead. He can get some laughs here and there, but is a shell of his former self. Now, he remains a miserable adult or an unemployed bum. Either way, his only joy in life seems to watch others suffer and bring those with more happiness down to his level.
Wojack represents the truly depressed and alone anons. The kid in school who never had any friends, has a bad upbringing, and hates himself on a regular basis. Unlike Pepe though, his misery was outside of his control. He is what it truly means to be forever alone and will more than likely kill himself/make an attempt on his life before the age of 40.
Gondola though... Gondola is the anon who's seen it all. The kid who grew up in high school with a small group of friends, but concerned himself with the deeper meaning of life. He was more interested in philosophy and the nature of the world. As a result, he has reached Enlightenment and no longer cares for most things. No lulz, no shitposting, no arguments. Just a lone observer who sees the world as it truly is. Like Wojack, Gondala can be depressed as well, but still has enjoyments that he can get out of day to day life with things such as nature or being in solitude. While Pepe and Wojack crave and desire companionship, Gondola prefers to be alone and away from the world.
Sorry if I sounded autistic, but I believe that there is some interesting shit behind the 3. So much depth and character behind each 1 to where I feel this could be explored much further.
