There's a stop sign intersecting a road that I travel down every day, and I once nearly got in a accident just like in that webm. I had to swerve into the other lane to avoid a truck creeping into my lane, and I was only going like 50-55 mph. I'm pretty sure that the retard who pulled in front of me thought that it was a 4 way stop and he assumed I had to stop for him, because the intersection looks kind of like a 4-way and people drive 50 on the intersecting road too.
Ever since then, I still speed but will slow down a little when I see a person waiting to pull out until I'm confident they know I'm not going to stop for them.
The point is, drive defensively. You can speed, just remember to assume that everyone else on the road is a fucking idiot who will probably cause you to get into an accident

What planet do you live on where people have a 3.5 second reaction time. Even when I've gone a few days without sleep mine is around 0.6-0.7 seconds at worst which is hugely delayed and in reality it's probably closer to 0.2 when awake and if you're going faster you pay more attention that's how it works.
If your reaction time was 3 seconds, you'd have hit the car if you were going 40mph mate.
my ITR could brake down from 100mph in around 70m and once you get below about 40mph its very unlikely to be a lethal crash anyway.

Anyway by far the most dangerous drivers on the road are the ones going below the speed limit because they think that green lights them to pay no fucking attention to the road what-so-ever and if anyone is crawling along they're generally texting or jerking off or old and they should die so they don't total other decent cars.
