Before asking for the video's source, make an effort to find it yourself by running a search on the webm's title metadata. You'd be surprised what can turn up if you simply append "kpop" to the search query.
Title metadata may be read using 4chan X (https://ccd0.github.io/4chan-x/) inline or by downloading the file and using a video player like mpchc (press ctrl+3).
Conversely, for those making webms, include the video source within the title metadata to help those interested and for the information to stay with the webm if it's ever reposted.

I'll copy and paste an edited version of a post I did a while back:
As the OP mentions, the great thing about metadata is that the information stays with the webm if it's ever reposted, regardless of whether or not the poster has any interest of the source to begin with.
Say you download a file. The downloaded file automatically holds whatever number 4chan assigned for it when it held it in its system.
If you wish to retain same filename (if the file even had the source in the filename to begin with), you will have to make sure to copy and paste it. The same will have to be done for every single other webm downloaded. Doing so will sink a lot more time in the long run than the few moments spent on getting 4chan X. This process could be eased using a downloader addon but the point's moot when you can't even be arsed to use 4chan X.
And adding to this, I noticed something when I had 4chan X disabled one day. 4chan actually truncates filenames if they're long enough and instead displays (...) at the end. This also throws a wrench in your idea. As far as I can tell, the only way to circumvent that is to highlight the filename and right click view source but that's pretty cumbersome.
