No, your wounds will still be there. Think of it like this: if you get shot, king crimson will speed it up to the point after where the bullet hit you, but it will erase the bullet ever being shot and hitting you. You will still have the wound, however

Not that anon, but the way i understand, its not that things cant hit/harm each other, but only things that happened during the skipped time can happen. In that video, the bullet goes though his body, but during the skipped time he dodges the bullet, so there is no bullet wound. But if it were to get stuck in his head, the bullet wouldnt go straight, but rather appear near the ground where his dead body would be. The second part is kinda weird in that gif, since damage he would have dealt remains. The kick remains, but he wouldnt be able to also punch, for instance.

He's in Vento Aureo. The translations skipped half of his ability, since it erases time but also fate. What King Crimson really does;
Epitaph (the little face on his forehead) shows him what's fated to happen 10 seconds in the future. If he sees something he doesn't like, like getting kicked in the dick or murdered, he activates King Crimson's main ability which is to erase up to 10 seconds of time. During the erase, everyone else's actions play out as Epitaph predicted except for Diavolo, who can move about and position himself however he likes. He can't directly hurt or affect people during the erase unless Epitaph predicted him hurting them during those 10 seconds, since that time technically no longer exists. Once the erase is complete, everyone EXCEPT Diavolo will be standing exactly where Epitaph predicted them to be but with no memory of the last 10 seconds since those last 10 seconds didn't happen. So technically unless you set up a trap that takes longer than 10 seconds to notice and longer than 10 seconds to escape, you can't beat him since he can delete time and escape his fate in that time period.
Luckily King Crimson is one of the most complex Stands in the series, there isn't anything else that's harder to understand except maybe Made in Heaven on your first read, but after that it's pretty simple. The new translation for Vento Aureo is about halfway through and they're currently at the arc just before King Crimson works so there'll be a more concise explanation in a few months.

They had to do 2 seasons since 3 is twice as long as 1 and 2 combined. Also they made a few minor changes to 1 and 2 so they worked better as an anime, but 3 was pretty much panel for panel adapted from the manga so the pacing suffered since you could breeze through the shorter fights whereas they got extended into drawn out full episode affairs in the anime with no changes to compensate. 3 could have been handled a lot better in the anime.
