It was pretty weird though, I wasn't a fan. And I prefer chrome for its ease of use and it works better with YouTube and Netflix (Netflix doesn't work at all on Firefox on Linux), and what do you mean the bar not transparent? The top bar? I prefer it transparent compared to the weird black.

I've installed gentoo in a VM before, but the main reason I chose ubuntu was so I didn't have to risk deleting EUFI partition and bricking my system.
I ended up switching back to Mint after trying Arch. I prefer the stability and ease of use. But I do miss AUR.
