Not him, but I use ON1 Resize. I torrented my copy (it's $90, fuck that), and it works much better than anything else I've tried. They claim it can go up to 1000% without losing quality, but in practice it can't manage that.

I really don't know. It's something to do with fractals (at least that's what it says in the program).
Also, can someone cut out a pair of partial rings in this picture? I want it so that I could use it as a clock, with the gears and hands staying still, but the hours and minutes rotating. I want only the part of the ring on the side with the hands to be visible. The first ring will be where the roman numerals currently are, and the second will be inside the other with a small gap in between the two rings. So I'm going to start a brand within the Underground rap scene and I need some help with my Soundcloud profile banner ( 2480 x 520 ). This is something I found.
