The art style is simpler but similar to OP's pic related.
If you don't know who Warren Ellis is, you should google him up. Pretty based name in the comic/graphic novel universe. Creator of Spider Jerusalem, for one example. Sort of a Hunter S. Thompson goes full-on cyberpunk character (use "Transmetropolitan" search term for the specific story).

Tracy Butler is just made of awesomely amazing. The updates are slow because of the incredible effort & detail that goes into each installment. Totally worth it. If the art grabs you, take the effort to look up all the miscellaneous & related material.

If you aren't familiar with Zona, I recommend it for some pretty great story telling. When it started out, the 3D graphics were a bit rough, but JEDraft got better at it over the years and is turning out some sophisticated art a few times per week.

Gunnerkrigg Court. Webcomic. Art starts off weak, really comes into its own. Highly recommend.

God, I don't know what it is, back in the day, I used to HATE jack Kirby's art.
That blocky chunkiness.
But then as I start trying to do my own art, I began to appreciate his style, and what he was trying to accomplish.
And then I got into look at his 'cosmic' art stuff, and you could tell he's pulling this shit straight out of dreams, and putting it to paper.
If Jack could have lived long enough to see the advent of the digital comic age, and be able to use it, I don't think the world would have been ready for what would have been revealed.
Even to this day, in the marvel movies, his ideas and visions continue to inspire and influence.
