Photoshop CC, lots of spot healing, fixed hearts around girl by cloning a near heart into new layer and adjusting hue/sat/lightness to make it look right.
Then expanded to right size and spot healed the shit out of the negative space, got super lazy and didn't bother fixing the remaining hearts.
