How do you guys get nice looking themes on your androids. This

How do you guys get nice looking themes on your androids. This is all I figured out so far, the preset themes on the store and widgets. I got so tired on my iPhone piece of shit taking a shit on me after like a year and being associated with the faggots that think since someone's phone is an older model their an idiot. But I digress, I always see these awesome themes and stuff but I can't figure out how to do any of it, help would be much appreciated. This is all I know how to do so far. It's an s6.
