Too much stuff, and none of it matches. First remove the page indicator. Then lets go screen by screen since theres so much going on.
LEFT: why is your play/pause/stop whatever button so big? What is the circle with the + and -, im confused and why have music progress in %?
CENTER: The clock is weird and doesn't fit, change the fonts and make them the same or similar. Center your hexagons or just get hex icons. Also why is there a random fat tiny battery progress bar with a gradient at the top just hanging there? Make it long and horizontal and center that shit.
RIGHT: Make your icons match or hide the ones that don't (bottom 3). Again Hex icons. And if one thing has a gray background everything does. Or nothing. Put that on all widgets or remove it. Also shape it so it fits and looks nice. Too much empty space on it Make a border or something if you plan on keeping it. Remove the app drawer button or replace it with something nicer looking. Maybe make your own and put it on the center screen.

Not bad for a first try, though the top widget needs refining imo-- it's a bit scattered. I would move the battery indicator(or get rid of) and use a lighter font for the date so that it matches the clock better. Stretch the BG of your music player so that it meets the edges the same way as your status indicators, and replace the dock with no-bg icons or move them above the music player. The "bars" really divide your setup so it looks a bit off to have the dock below that.

I know all icons are not minimal in app drawer because I use Glyphs by Tokem icon pack, and you can see the music player in the background, it's normal, i made it with KWLP, it's mostly to show the side bars animation
How does one get the damn widgets to align properly in nova launcher? Nova forces grid snap and the resize option doesn't have enough granularity. Was trying to create a metro-like tile theme and since nova resized any widget you plop down, I can't get them aligned right after being forced to resize.
Am I just going to have to make one big custom background widget for the tiles and then somehow cram all the hotspots into the tiny UCCW editor?

you can make your own if you grab a version of photoshop, open a set of white icons you like, create an "animation" to add a black stroke around the outside of the icon. set it to save and close after. mash hotkey of choice. I can make a tut if you need it
