The resolution of the wpp from the First Screen is 2560x1600, but if you look closer, you will see that it looks like 500x500, it doesn't matter if I change it for an even higher resolution, it will still look crappy. This happens because i'm not using it as a wallpaper, i'm using a BITMAP SHAPE as a background

Well you could use FiveWallpapers.
It's an app that lets you predefine up to 5 wallpapers in a set order, and then you use that as a Live wallpaper and you can switch them around without compromising quality.
