What makes you say that? Visually they're almost identical, but the JPG is a lossy transcode of the PNG and therefore has some loss of information/quality. Editing a JPG into another JPG produces progressively more artifacting and quality loss, just like transcoding MP3 -> MP3.

I'd really like this in 1920x1080 or 1280x720, basically the higher the better without losing image quality. I would like to keep her centered but if possible, another with her aligned to the right. Another bit I have for it is to maybe change the background to something darker that could bring out the image. It not a necessity, just something I think would be nice and for whoever takes the request to bring a bit of creativity to the work. then had to reduce it somewhat in PhotoPaint because it was TOO large.
Waifu is double or nothing.

The only ways that can really happen are by squashing the image horizontally, or by someone drawing more than half the height of the image again in, otherwise you have to crop, so it'd end up looking like this
